As a general rule of thumb, if you know when your event will take place, and have your outdoor venue confirmed, you should also book your portable toilet station with us then too.

When your event location is confirmed and you’ve contacted us, we will schedule a location scout to confirm setup details and confirm pricing. Once a price is agreed on, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required within 30 days to secure the (portable toilet) station rental.

Final payment is due on the day of delivery. We accept cash and/or a certified cheque. All cheques to be made out to "King of Thrones".

Yes, there is a $300 damage deposit required prior to delivery of the unit. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded after the unit is picked up and returned in the same shape as when it was delivered.

King of Thrones requires 30 days notice to cancel your rental. There are no cancellation fees if you provide cancellation notice 30 days prior to your booked rental date, otherwise you will be charged the full $300 deposit placed to hold the rental.

In order to provide the most optimal setup, it’s best to find a level area to place the station. We’re able to adjust the positioning of the unit slightly using jacks but a level area will provide a more secure setup.

You do not need a water line for the comfort station as it has two fully self-contained holding tanks. One tank will provide water for flush and sink use and one tank will hold waste, so you will not need to provide any water line connections.

The Throne (portable toilet) station does require a connection to electricty to power the unit. We will provide the appropriate length extension cord to accommodate. For event locations that are not in close proximity to a power supply, a gas-powered generator can be used, however we do not supply the generator.

One of our King of Thrones staff members will deliver the portable comfort station, one day prior to your scheduled event.

The comfort station will be delivered by one of our King of Thrones staff members, using a truck.

Yes, we ask that someone be onsite when the unit arrives to confirm delivery and ensure the setup is completed to your satisfaction.

Typically the comfort station is picked up the day after your event (most often on Monday’s), though we’re flexible on timing and if you require the station picked up earlier we can work together on timing to accommodate your needs.
